Keith Baker is a co-active coach, specializing in practical personal development, and is trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), one of the first training organizations to be accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). His enthusiasm for life’s possibilities and his passion for seeing others succeed led him to discover the world of coaching.
Through his experiences, he has grown to appreciate that it can be challenging to stay ‘unstuck’ and happy on a daily basis – and that it can be even harder to find quality coaches and resources to help in that personal development. Keith saw that challenge and set out on a mission: to provide practical coaching through digital innovation, so individuals can get the coaching they need, when they need it and how they want it.
Keith spent most of his pre-coaching career in marketing and brand management at Procter & Gamble, working on building some of the world’s leading health and beauty brands, in countries like Russia, Saudi Arabia, Italy, and South Africa. He also worked at Tourism British Columbia, marketing the destination leading up to and after the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
Keith’s obsession with culture and travelling has led him to live throughout Canada, and twice in Europe, while having found his way to explore the richness in over 40 countries around the world. Born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Keith now makes his home in Vancouver, British Columbia. His company, Free the Goldfish Coaching, works with individuals around the world to help them achieve their personal vision.
